Profile:

- Lead the piping design and engineering activities for upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas projects. - Develop and review piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), piping layout drawings, and isometric drawings. - Review the Piping budget, and provide Piping input for the Project Execution Plan - Plan, organize, and assign tasks, responsibilities, and man-hour budgets to piping sub-discipline and verify tasks are completed within budgets.

- Support 3D-Model review at 30%, 60% & 90% progress - Support proposal team in studies and estimating BOQ and MTO for tenders. - Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients during all stages of design development, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up to ensure successful project execution.

- Mentor and train junior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. - Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. - Perform conceptual, FEED, or detailed design analysis and develop them as per project Scope of Work design basis, project documentation, design codes and standards, within the planned schedule and budget. - Prepare detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures.

- Check and approve design philosophies, specifications, pipe supports, standard detail drawings, MTO, and material requisitions in accordance with the project scope of work and contract - Maintain responsibility for progress and productivity, identifying any required corrective action - Assist in the coordination of all activities related to piping engineering design - Monitor KPI measurement results and take corrective action - Assist the Department Manager in the Performance Evaluation of Piping team members. - Good experience in equipment and piping Modeling (PDMS & AVEVA E3D) - Make model to study the stress analysis for pipelines (CAESAR II) - Calculations of the pipe wall thickness.
